Andy Pearce, Senior Minister of Warnbro Community Church, brings a passion for discipleship and a diverse background. Originally from the UK, Andy is married to Kim with five children and previously served with City on a Hill Melbourne. Andy's journey includes experience in advertising and a heartfelt call to ministry. He's dedicated to making, maturing, and mobilizing followers of Jesus, passionate about seeing them live out their whole lives intentionally for Him and encountering Jesus in God's Word. Andy loves running and cycling along the ocean and swimming in it.

Kylie Hofer is the Executive Minister at Warnbro, where she has been a member since the age of 4. Serving since 2014, she is passionate about discipling all ages, equipping them to live as "a living sacrifice" (Romans 12). She has served in kids, youth, young adults, women’s, and parent ministries and studied at Harvest West Bible College. Kylie loves seeing others live out their faith daily and enjoys beach time with friends and family. She is dedicated to fostering a multigenerational family feel at Warnbro and is committed to encouraging others to have more than a Sunday faith.

As the Resource Minister at Warnbro Community Church, Liz Steadman supports the staff, manages operations and facilities, and provides leadership within the community. Her family has been part of Warnbro for 11 years, and she has been serving on staff since 2022. With a passion for supporting the church family, she aims to enhance organisational efficiency and create a welcoming environment. Inspired by Hebrews 13:15-18, Liz is dedicated to her role. Outside of church, Liz enjoys hiking, cycling, and local theatre with her family and friends.

Danny Marwick is a dedicated Pastor at Warnbro Community Church. He oversees Men's Ministry, Over 55's Ministry, and Life Groups, helping people find their place in the church. Inspired by God's call, Danny brings his passion for discipleship, a wealth of pastoral experience, his love for his wife Suzie, his role as Dad and grandfather, and a love of music to the Warnbro community.

Associate Minister Brandon Dean oversees Worship and Cafe ministries at Warnbro Community Church. Inspired to build healthy ministry teams, he returned to Warnbro in 2019 after 15 years abroad. Brandon draws on 25 years of experience in worship leadership. He enjoys seeing people use their gifts to glorify God. Outside of church, Brandon cherishes time with family and long beach walks. His guiding Scripture is Ephesians 4:11-15.

Bethany Uren is our dedicated Children's Minister at Warnbro Community Church, organizing Sunday programs for kids of all ages and running the popular Toddler Jam. Her journey with the church began in 2009, and she joined the staff team in 2018. Driven by her own faith story, Bethany loves connecting families to Jesus. She finds joy in seeing kids grow spiritually and fostering a welcoming community for parents. Outside of church, Bethany enjoys beach time and camping with her family. Colossians 3:23 inspires her to serve wholeheartedly.

Taylah Beard is the dedicated Kids Coordinator at Warnbro Community Church, running Kids Club and mentoring young members for the past three years. Inspired by her own church leaders, she brings a passion for kids, combined with her studies in primary education. Taylah loves seeing kids achieve goals and building a lasting community. Outside of church, she's a trained dance teacher, expressing her faith through movement. Psalm 150:6 fuels her work, and she cherishes connecting with her church family, especially during "chips and chats."

Melanie Gray is one of our two passionate Youth Coordinators at Warnbro Community Church, leading our vibrant Friday Night Youth program. A lifelong church member, she's dedicated to helping teens discover Jesus. With four years of youth ministry experience, Mel also pursues a teaching degree and loves the performing arts. Inspired by Galatians 6:9, she cherishes the rewards of investing in young lives. Mel loves Warnbro Community Church's family atmosphere and welcomes prayers for their thriving youth ministry.

Lachlan Innes, affectionately known as Lachie, has been an integral part of Warnbro Community Church since 2014. Joining our staff team at the start of 2023, Lachie serves as one of our youth coordinators, fostering a vibrant, healthy youth community centred around Jesus. With a background in education, he finds joy in building relationships and seeing youth thrive. Outside of church, Lachie enjoys sports, gaming, and family time.
